With over 15 years management experience within media organisations, Rob co founded Creative Minds Agency in 2009. Rob brings a wealth of business expertise to the team, driving both the commercial and technical teams forward in terms of technology, ideas and new projects.
Chris started learning about Internet Marketing in the comfort of his bedroom back in 2004. Like many .com’s, Chris was involved in the development and sale of a number of internet properties which were highly valued for captive audiences. After consulting to Yell.com and Overture on Search Marketing projects, Chris established Creative Minds to bring credibility back into the Search marketplace. Focusing on the commercial side, Chris delivers client satisfaction through a transparent account managed service.
Amos experiences stem from several years in the Online world, covering all aspects of Internet Marketing including Affiliate Marketing, Price Comparison, Usability Testing and Media Publishing. Through the delivery of end to end solutions for clients like Sky, The Sun, and Virgin Media, Amo manages the technical team to provide clients with professional seo services through a trusted, reliable service that delivers results.
Ron’s background in sales allowed him to establish the sales arm of Creative Minds, focusing on the acquisition of clients that are looking for a return on their marketing spend. Ron is heavily involved in the day to day management of the sales team, ensuring they understand the latest requirements in the search space and can inteprete a clients needs quickly and easily.
Loveleen joined the company in September 2011 as a sales person. Her sales experience and outgoing personality allows her to be a successful part of the business. Her role within the company is to lead generate and to identify opportunities for clients that are looking to develop their online profile. Loveleen works at creative minds because (in her own words) she is “lovely and the best.”
Pete is the person that understands Google inside out, and is the guy that generally helps to make things happen. With a keen eye for detail and an excellent understanding of the search engines, Pete is responsible for ensuring that Creative Minds stay up to date with all of Googles policies, co-ordinating our approach with the search engine and clients campaigns so that we can continue to service clients in a trusted, respectable manner.
Lilly joined the company in October 2010 as a Search Executive. Passionate about working in the real world, Lilly succesfully completed college with 3 A levels, taking on an entry level position for an online directory in the city. Her experience there gave her an insight into sales and online marketing, allowing her to shape her career within the online marketing arena. Her role within in the company is to manage client campaigns, taking first hand responsibility for link building and other processes which are crucial to clients achieving accountable results.
